2025 Chuck Wagon Chow Down

It was a spectacular evening on Saturday, January 25th, when almost 400 guests gathered at the YMCA in Burnet for the Highland Lakes Service League annual Chuck Wagon Chow Down Fundraiser.  Participants enjoyed many activities, raffles, and live and silent auctions to support our mission.  The night also included a delicious BBQ dinner catered by Pok-e-Jo's with entertainment provided by Billy Scott.  Scotty Gibbs, along with his team from Aim High Fundraising & Benefit Auction Service, LLC, kept the crowd active during the live auction and mission giving portions of the evening.  We are pleased to report we are able to contribute $155,863 to the community as a result.

Proceeds will be used in 2025 to provide grants to local non-profit organizations, award scholarships to adult women wishing to continue their education, host the annual Special Needs Christmas Party and provide monetary assistance to individuals and families in need in Burnet and Llano Counties.

The Highland Lakes Service League would like to thank everyone who attended, volunteered, provided items for the activities and auctions, and sponsored or underwrote the events.  We could not accomplish our mission without the support of the community.
